Home for Good invites you to join them for their seventh annual Summit, gathering Christians who are passionate about caring for vulnerable children for a day of encouragement and equipping.
After such a long time of distance and separation, they're hopeful that Summit 2021 will be a time to come Together. Drawing inspiration from 1 Corinthians 12, we will stand together as one body with many parts, taking the time to honour and uphold those who can sometimes be overlooked. This will be a great opportunity to connect with others involved in fostering and adoption, and a chance to bring along friends, family and leaders within the Church and community who want to learn how to better support those welcoming vulnerable children into their homes.
As always, the day will include a great mix of teaching, worship and prayer for adults and a full programme of activities for children ages 3-18, as well as a creche area for children under three, where parents and carers can supervise their children and still engage with the wider programme. The team are thrilled to once again be able to offer free places for children and young people.
From this year, the Summit will also be streamed online so you will be able to join digitally if you cannot join in, in person. The team are planning the Summit with close attention to any applicable Government guidance and there are contingency plans in place should they be needed, but are hopeful that gathering together will be possible once more!
