The aspect that needs training, more than any other in cross-cultural workers, is humility. Pride and mission are polar opposites. Pride pollutes mission, but the mission of Christ is humble mission. How dare we turn up with all the answers we don't even know what questions local people are asking?

This day will be useful and provocative for those engaged in cross-cultural mission both in the UK and in other nations. If you live in a mulitcultural town or city or your ministry takes you across cultural divides this is a day not to be missed!
