We envision ChristCentral churches as vibrant family communities where men and women, united in Christ, flourish in leadership together to advance God’s Kingdom and transform lives.

While we celebrate progress, we recognise that this hasn't always been our reality. Over the last few years or so we have been exploring the historic and current experiences of women with leadership gifting in ChristCentral UK churches to learn important lessons so that we can make significant progress going forwards in seeing men and women lead together.

Following on from our UK Prayer Day in October 2026, our training team will be presenting some of the theological framework for leadership in our family of churches, featuring a series of insightful talks, as well as time for interactive discussions at round tables, allowing you to delve deeper into the topics and explore applications in your specific local context.
