What's included:

• A full day of talks and discussions
• Lunch provided

Our Confirmed Speakers:

Natalie Williams - CEO Of Jubilee+
'Raising Up Leaders Not Like Us'
Natalie will be helping us explore how to breakout of homogenous leadership pipelines and intentionally spot and equip leaders from different socio-economic backgrounds, life experiences and cultural perspectives.

Andy Frost - Share Jesus International
'Creating a Culture of Gospel Sharing'
Evangelism isn't a program or an event; it's a culture. Andy will help us explore strategies for shifting community culture from passive faith to confident, relational sharing. Helping us equip those in our churches to talk naturally about their faith in secular spaces without fear or awkwardness.

Rachel Turner - Parenting for Faith
'Raising Up Leaders from Childhood'
Leadership development doesn't start when we reach adulthood or even our teens, it can begin in childhood. Rachel will help us unpack how to identify early leadership traits, cultivate spiritual authority in young hearts and give children age-appropriate opportunities to step out in their local church communities.

Sharing the Gospel in Social Action
Local church care is often a lifeline in our communities but how do we combine holistic practical help with an authentic gospel message?

Natalie & Andy will guide us through the real-world balance between social action and evangelism, helping us explore how to:

  • Serve with sensitivity: share spiritual hope while honouring the diverse backgrounds and needs of every individual

  • Navigate external expectations: keep our Christian identity strong while working under local or national funding guidelines.

Join us for this important day of training and equipping!

Please book by 10am on Wednesday 30 September (or as soon as possible), so that we can confirm numbers for food.
