As ChristCentral, we have various international training bases where use the video versions of our UK school of leadership, based in Sheffield. We record the training session and a local facilitator then helps the students to apply the information be taught to the local context. We have established these training bases in north America and Africa.
Donald Kutala, the worship pastor at Dayspring Church in Kitwe, shared a little about the academy’s second graduation in Kitwe, Zambia:
“The Zambia School of Leadership held its second Graduation Ceremony on Friday, 3rd August, 2018 at Dayspring Church in Kitwe, Copperbelt Province, Zambia.
The occasion was graced by the Zambian Government official; District Commissioner who was represented by the District Administrative Officer. In attendance were the ChristCentral Churches Overseer, Jeremy Simpkins, the School of Leadership International Director Martin Charlesworth, the Newfrontiers Zambia Leader Dr. Joseph Mwila, Lee Yabrough from Mexico, the CORE Team working with Dr. Joseph Mwila, the Kitwe Pastors Fellowship Chairman, International Pastors from Tanzania, Kenya and Congo DR and families and friends of the Graduates.
Sixteen out of eighteen graduated in various grading categories according to their commitments in assignments and attendance.
It was a very colourful, emotional and joyful occasion to everyone in attendance especially the owners of the occasion; the graduations. A strong call of integrity, patience, submission, humility, dedication, obedience and selflessness was made from the remarks and speeches of the various speakers. Also, the Overseer of Newfrontiers Zambia Dr. Joseph Mwila took an opportunity and appealed to government to help identify some idle buildings in the city that can be of good use by ZAMSOL in the near future of who the official from government took note of it.
The students, in their vote of thanks, appreciate the knowledge they have acquired from the SOL, thanked the hard work of the Facilitators and Administrations of both International and local. They promised to put the knowledge in good use and above bring the lost to Christ by preaching the undiluted gospel of Jesus Christ.
This second graduation is a seed of what God is doing through the selfless giving from the partners of the SOL of leadership and my humble appeal is that please continue giving into this noble cause and your seeds will continue to germinate to become fruits where hundreds and hundreds will eat from them. ZAMSOL is projecting to open a lot of bases in Zambia and Africa and l can rest assure you that Africa will never be the same again.
Finally, we would love to thank all our partners, facilitators, people praying all the time for ZAMSOL the leadership of Jeremy Simpkins, the leadership of Dr. Joseph Mwila, our International Director and all who were involved in any way to make our Graduation a success, may God bless you.”
