The most recent Churches that Change Communities annual conference in November 2019 was an excellent time.
The teams from St Michael's Church Centre and City Church Bristol served delegates brilliantly with stewarding, set-up, refreshments, sound & visuals as well as a worship team and many other areas besides.
The morning was hosted by Guy Miller who leads the Commission family of churches which are part of the wider Newfrontiers family. Keynote messages were brought by Martin Charlesworth and for the first time, Natalie Williams (who will be speaking at Devoted in August).
This year audio and video of the keynote sessions are available on the Jubilee+ website. You can watch or listen to Martin and Natalie via the links.
The seminars were divided into two themes, in the morning there were five seminars looking at the hidden faces of poverty, whilst in the afternoon, there were five looking at how the local church can be God's storehouse of provision for our communities. The majority of these seminars are also available to listen to on the media section the Jubilee+ website, or through the playlist on below. A couple of the seminars are not available due to sensitive or confidential information contained in them.
Make a note in your calendar for next year's conference: Saturday 7 November in Manchester.
