Could you cope if your church or charity phone number changed overnight? No we didn't think so.

In 2025 BT will switch off all old PTSN lines. This means that from then on all homes and business' should be using digital services.

BT have announced that if you do not swap your services prior to the switch off date you will lose your current phone number, broadband and phone line services.

Don't forget that as the deadline approaches being able to book a BT engineer to swap your phone lines over to VoIP will become increasingly difficult.

If you haven't yet made the switch over to VoIP we'd recommend that you look into your options as soon as possible.
