The Jubilee+ Partner Church Programme aims to empower local churches to bring transformational change to their communities. Encouraging and equipping churches to participate in various types of initiatives including:

Community Development - projects that address poverty, hunger and social justice
Mission & Evangelism - sharing the gospel and building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

Leadership Development - equipping church leaders with the skills and resources they need to effectively serve their communities
Mobilisation - connecting churches with resources and opportunities to support both mission and ministries

The partner church scheme provides churches with a framework for sustainable ministry to some of the most marginalised people in our communities helping churches become more effective in their local mission.
