Practical Leaders Training exists to help our UK churches receive hands-on equipping for their teams... If you are part of a leadership team of a ChristCentral UK church we'd love you to join us on this journey of training and equipping. We believe we can do more together than we can apart!

Our Practical Training Evenings are designed to provide accessible, hands-on equipping for senior leaders - including elders, deacons and leadership teams - while also strengthening our connection as local churches in ChristCentral UK.

Our vision is to see every leader across our UK churches empowered by our shared distinctives:

Each session has four main components:

• Update / Feature - about a particular event or pressing subject.
• Teaching - a 25-30 min pre-recorded teaching session
• Q&A - live Q&A session with the trainer & our UK team or other practitioners
• Discussion Groups - 20-30 mins to discuss either online in breakout rooms or in-person with your local team

Teaching Themes
Each of our sessions seeks to equip you and your team, focussing on the ‘nuts and bolts’ of healthy leadership. Our teaching themes include the following:

• Self-leadership - navigating your personal discipleship & resilience
• Effective Structuring - organising and planning church life
• Spirit Led - core principles for Spirit-led gatherings
• Outreach Strategy - developing a roadmap for local impact
• Pastoral Analysis - navigating complex pastoral situations with wisdom

All ChristCentral UK church leaders are invited to join this online training with their teams, either by hosting a watch party or on multiple screens.
